Requirements

- Proven ability to manage analytics and quality initiatives.
- Experience facilitating consultative workshops and solution design sessions.
- Familiarity with speech analytics, text analytics, or quality management platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for quality management, analytics, and customer experience applications.
- Lead customer adoption initiatives by demonstrating business value and validating data integrity.
- Advise clients on best practices related to quality assurance, customer experience, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered capabilities and predictive analytics solutions.
- Guide organizations through the transition from manual processes to AI-enabled analytics frameworks.
- Conduct discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and training programs.
- Collaborate with product, professional services, and customer success teams.
- Develop client self-sufficiency through data literacy and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor client performance metrics and recommend strategic actions.
