Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Direct experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Advanced experience with LookML development or equivalent Power BI / Tableau modeling.
- Ability to extract insights from raw, unstructured data.
- Experience in end-to-end reporting ownership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and redundancies.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for reporting standardization.
- Bridge business context and technical data understanding for stakeholders.
- Execute ad-hoc analytical requests with high accuracy.
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, and performance.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner for Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.
- Manage the full reporting pipeline from raw data to final dashboard.
