Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or growth roles.
- Proven experience recruiting and activating partners including outreach and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, or ShareASale.
- Strong understanding of affiliate business models, tracking, and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with CRM or automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work across different time zones with occasional early/late calls.
Responsibilities
- Identify high potential affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies, and consultancies.
- Run proactive outreach campaigns and qualify opportunities.
- Automate and scale partner research, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end partner acquisition, including negotiation, approval, and onboarding.
- Assess partner quality, promotional methods, and attribution risk.
- Monitor partner performance and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, tracking, and partner enablement.
