Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Operating experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
- Project management and resource tracking experience.
- Understanding of software/hardware testing in complex environments.
- Technical comfort with networking concepts and mobile applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, or Engineering (or equivalent).
- Availability to travel (approx. 40%) within UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and develop the Service Delivery Team.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
- Effectively manage team resources and workload allocation.
- Lead complex, enterprise-grade product deployments.
- Provide strategic oversight on change management and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to define vision, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure project milestones and documentation support revenue recognition.
- Maintain deep understanding of product suite for installation and configuration.
- Document feature requests and feedback for product teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.
