- Strategic thinking to translate business objectives into multi-channel campaigns.
- Cross-functional leadership experience with Product, Sales, Data, and Engineering.
- Analytical rigor in managing performance dashboards and data-driven prioritization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitor gains and define international market win strategies.
- Translate market-specific friction into prioritized R&D requirements.
- Use data to rank opportunities and guide engineering roadmap.
- Orchestrate SEM, SEO, and content teams for granular, country-specific structures.
- Develop localized content and landing pages for regional markets.
- Oversee funnel metrics from traffic to supplier signup.
- Assist Sales teams in identifying high-demand supply gaps.
- Serve as the operational link between R&D, Marketing, and the Supply organization.
