- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across Product, Sales, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Deep experience using data for prioritization and managing performance dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitor gains and define international win strategies.
- Translate market-specific friction into R&D requirements for localized features.
- Direct SEM, SEO, and content teams to build country-specific structures.
- Oversee funnel metrics from traffic generation to supplier signup.
- Identify high-demand supply gaps and develop geo-specific sales assets.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, Marketing, and Supply organizations.
