Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or event organization.
- Solid understanding of outbound marketing tactics.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Hubspot).
- Experience with CRM environments such as Salesforce.
- Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to activate new contacts within existing accounts.
- Plan and execute high impact customer engagements, including large scale gatherings and executive roundtables.
- Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using company data.
- Align regularly with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations to define expansion priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, contact growth, and campaign performance.
