Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or event organization.
  • Solid understanding of outbound marketing tactics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Hubspot).
  • Experience with CRM environments such as Salesforce.
  • Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to activate new contacts within existing accounts.
  • Plan and execute high impact customer engagements, including large scale gatherings and executive roundtables.
  • Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using company data.
  • Align regularly with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations to define expansion priorities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, contact growth, and campaign performance.
