Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with software development or implementation.
- Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management and sprint tracking.
- Strong ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Experience engaging directly with customers for requirements gathering and demos.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to refine and translate goals into actionable specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle including maintenance and end-of-life planning.
- Scope requirements by defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams.
- Conduct customer discovery to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Deliver product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on design requirements and wireframe reviews.
- Maintain the product backlog in JIRA.
- Conduct UAT to ensure quality standards before release.
