- 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director.
- Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments).
- Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
- Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations.
- Analytical mindset and experience with planning tools.
- Ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate service releases.
- Work with Legal on service launch requirements.
- Prepare deployments to new datacenters.
- Manage expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups.
- Structure work and push programs forward.
