- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot blockers
Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and execute on product roadmaps through user stories.
- Define product features and changes to fulfill strategic goals.
- Develop user personas, use cases, and requirement documents.
- Create and manage epic, story, and bug tickets.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to refine tickets.
- Prioritize bug tickets from Customer Support and QA.
- Facilitate product documentation and prepare release notes.
- Demo new features to internal and external stakeholders.
