Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise-level SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience working with and delivering GAI or ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics software (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo).
- Pragmatic leader with growth mindset capable of driving strategy and execution.
- Ability to establish business cases and validate hypotheses.
- Passion for customer experience optimization.
- Proven success influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Product Initiatives: Drive the planning and execution of product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Become an expert in the Auto Repair Industry: Identify new product opportunities.
- Lead Key AI Product Initiatives: Combine problem space understanding with generative AI solutions.
- User-Centric Research: Perform JTBD, concept testing, and usability testing.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align with design, engineering, marketing, and sales on product strategy and GTM.
- Deliver High-Performing Products: Meet unmet user needs while mitigating business risks.
- Measure Business Impact: Define outcomes and track success.
- Develop Product Vision: Translate long-term vision into executable roadmaps.
- Train Internal Teams: Educate sales, support, and consulting teams on new technology.
