Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to hiring decision.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates via passive, active, and referral channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
  • Use ATS and project management tools to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback.
  • Provide training on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Maintain target talent pipelines for critical roles.
