- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to hiring decision.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via passive, active, and referral channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Use ATS and project management tools to manage candidate pipelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback.
- Provide training on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Maintain target talent pipelines for critical roles.
