- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Passionate about driving positive change and making a difference.
- Experience with management tools, communication tools, project management, and customer-centric approaches.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tech recruiting methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
