  • Proven track record of success as a Manager at Lush.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume recruiting for retail roles.
  • Experience with diversity metrics and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greenhouse applicant tracking software.
  • Strong coaching and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Located within driving distance of 4 Lush Shops.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidates and hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct intake meetings and define interview steps for Shop Manager and support roles.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external channels.
  • Conduct headhunting, foot recruiting, and online searches.
  • Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Complete reference checks, create offers, and support onboarding.
  • Compile recruitment reports and manage KPIs.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment support inbox.
