Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of success as a Manager at Lush.
- Extensive experience in high-volume recruiting for retail roles.
- Experience with diversity metrics and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Greenhouse applicant tracking software.
- Strong coaching and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Located within driving distance of 4 Lush Shops.
Responsibilities
- Support candidates and hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct intake meetings and define interview steps for Shop Manager and support roles.
- Manage job postings on internal and external channels.
- Conduct headhunting, foot recruiting, and online searches.
- Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Complete reference checks, create offers, and support onboarding.
- Compile recruitment reports and manage KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment support inbox.
