- Identify and engage strategic partners and external partnership opportunities aligned with client Trust & Safety initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional partners and champion the client’s Trust organization.
- Translate internal Trust & Safety priorities into partnership initiatives by identifying, vetting, and engaging nonprofits and subject matter experts.
- Support programs, events, and presentations with safety experts, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor relevant industry issues that may affect strategic priorities.
- Track goals and budgets, and evaluate and report qualitative and quantitative impact metrics.
- Coordinate with Community Support, Public Policy, Communications, and other client teams to align strategy and execution.
- Develop and execute partnership approaches and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
