Requirements:

Experience with intelligence analysis, open-source research, physical security, and/or risk management

3+ years of experience in the intelligence or security field

3+ years of supervisory experience

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

Act as the hiring manager for all positions within the given suite of teams

Maintain excellent rapport with clients when discussing employees and job function needs

Assist with quarterly, annual, and one-off client meetings as required

Follow Concentric and client onboarding processes to manage a streamlined workflow

Support the Director in developing program plans, identifying needs, and preparing new business proposals

Assist in the development of SOPs and guidelines for employee engagement
