Requirements

  • Judgment to partner well with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Establish operational rigor and documentation for repeatable hiring.
  • Own Greenhouse as the system of record including configuration, structure, and hygiene.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and trustworthy recruiting data.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs and OKRs.
  • Drive coordination across the full recruiting pipeline and manage interview schedules.
  • Prioritize searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
  • Assist with company research, sourcing, and candidate outreach.
