Requirements

- Strong project management instincts.
- Deep, hands-on Greenhouse ATS ownership experience.
- Builder's mindset with ability to improve processes.
- Strong data fluency (ability to pull, structure, and read metrics).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Outstanding organization and relentless follow-up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Judgment to partner well with senior stakeholders.
- Resourceful and self-directed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Establish operational rigor and documentation for repeatable hiring.
- Own Greenhouse as the system of record including configuration, structure, and hygiene.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and trustworthy recruiting data.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs and OKRs.
- Drive coordination across the full recruiting pipeline and manage interview schedules.
- Prioritize searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
- Assist with company research, sourcing, and candidate outreach.
