Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare technology, services, or value-based care.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or related field.
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions and closing difficult-to-fill roles.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare labor markets, credentialing, and state licensure requirements.
- Experience with pre-boarding, compliance, and background screening regulations.
- Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and HIPAA-adjacent hiring practices.
- Technical proficiency with ATS, assessment platforms, and background screening tools.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered recruiting tools with a focus on human-centered oversight.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing and structured assessment practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of clinical and non-clinical roles, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and search plans.
- Develop and execute creative, data-informed sourcing strategies.
- Deliver a high-touch, empathy-driven candidate experience including regular new-hire check-ins.
- Manage pre-boarding activities, including background checks, credentialing, and licensure review.
- Apply a healthcare-informed lens to candidate assessment using structured and behavioral-based interviews.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to drive efficient workflows and data integrity.
- Educate hiring managers on staffing best practices and equitable hiring.
- Collaborate with People Operations to support internal talent mobility and onboarding initiatives.
