Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition (TA) activities.
Coordinate recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, partnering with TA, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for recruiting-related questions and issues.
Manage calendars for the TA team, including scheduling/re-scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
Create, modify, and maintain TA materials including submittal packages, job descriptions, and presentations.
Maintain documentation and data integrity in all recruiting tools and systems.
Facilitate candidate outreach and TA marketing, including social media posts and branding activities.
Support continuous improvement by identifying repetitive tasks and researching solutions.
