Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering an ATS (configuration, workflows, integrations).
  • Experience optimizing recruiting technologies (sourcing tools, CRM).
  • Strong data management and governance skills.
  • Ability to build and analyze recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with IT, HR, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM.
  • Lead the rollout of new recruiting tools and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies such as job boards, sourcing platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Design and implement scalable, user-friendly workflows.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting on key metrics.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for recruiters and hiring managers.
