Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment.
  • 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Deep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical roles.
  • High proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience using compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to articulate vision and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams in the education technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters.
  • Build and scale GTM and Engineering organizations.
  • Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting performance metrics and req prioritization.
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to define roles and hiring criteria.
  • Identify process improvements using data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for international contractors in LATAM and the Philippines.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for key roles.
