Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment.
- 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Deep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical roles.
- High proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience using compensation benchmarking tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to articulate vision and provide constructive feedback.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams in the education technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Build and scale GTM and Engineering organizations.
- Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruiting performance metrics and req prioritization.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to define roles and hiring criteria.
- Identify process improvements using data-driven solutions.
- Oversee recruitment strategies for international contractors in LATAM and the Philippines.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for key roles.
