Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (12+ years experience) or Advanced degree (10+ years experience).
- Direct experience leading a product management team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
- Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience implementing and operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow enterprise platform.
- Drive platform governance, alignment with architecture, and security standards.
- Prioritize platform enhancements based on value, risk, and user impact.
- Lead organizational adoption of platform features.
- Serve as an escalation point for major platform issues.
- Define and measure platform KPIs.
- Coach teams on SAFe practices and product management best practices.
- Provide project oversight for platform initiatives.
