Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internal recruitment/talent acquisition for SaaS/tech start-up/scale-up.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience hiring across functions like Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Strong sourcing skills for passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of structured hiring (scorecards, interview guides, assessments).
  • Experience working on employer value propositions and candidate-facing content.
  • Strong written communication skills for job ads and outreach.
  • Experience using an ATS such as Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer.
  • Build talent pools for priority roles using proactive sourcing channels.
  • Improve hiring processes including job descriptions, scorecards, and interview plans.
  • Coach and support hiring managers in assessment and feedback.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and report on recruitment data and pipeline metrics.
  • Shape employer brand messaging and candidate-facing content.
