Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal recruitment/talent acquisition for SaaS/tech start-up/scale-up.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring across functions like Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Strong sourcing skills for passive candidate engagement.
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Practical understanding of structured hiring (scorecards, interview guides, assessments).
- Experience working on employer value propositions and candidate-facing content.
- Strong written communication skills for job ads and outreach.
- Experience using an ATS such as Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer.
- Build talent pools for priority roles using proactive sourcing channels.
- Improve hiring processes including job descriptions, scorecards, and interview plans.
- Coach and support hiring managers in assessment and feedback.
- Ensure a consistent and seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment data and pipeline metrics.
- Shape employer brand messaging and candidate-facing content.
