- 4-year college degree with 5+ years of TA experience, or 10+ years of professional TA experience.
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
- Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and assessment skills.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, multi-location, fast-paced environments.
- Strong consultative skills to influence hiring managers.
- Experience with diversity recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media for talent acquisition.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to selection.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define talent needs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for high-potential talent.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Execute campus recruiting initiatives and build university relationships.
- Facilitate structured interview plans and debriefs for hiring teams.
- Utilize labor market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Act as a thought leader in talent acquisition and employer branding.
