  • Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, multi-location, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong consultative skills to influence hiring managers.
  • Experience with diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media for talent acquisition.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define talent needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for high-potential talent.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Execute campus recruiting initiatives and build university relationships.
  • Facilitate structured interview plans and debriefs for hiring teams.
  • Utilize labor market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a thought leader in talent acquisition and employer branding.
