Requirements
- 2+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Prior experience in RIA or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is highly valued.
- Ability to prioritize, plan work, and execute with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source, select, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for full life-cycle recruitment.
- Creatively source passive candidates through strategic methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to drive recruitment strategy.
- Influence key internal stakeholders using market intelligence and recruitment data.
- Maintain recruitment files in Greenhouse ATS.
- Negotiate and manage temporary/contract agency relationships.
- Coach and mentor TA team members.
- Execute on TA priorities and projects.
