- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and provide guidance on hiring decisions.
- Experience sourcing and managing candidates through multiple systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across departments, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through offer negotiations and candidate closing.
- Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent strategies that support business objectives.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach efforts, building strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stage of the hiring process.
- Streamline recruiting operations, track key metrics, and drive ongoing process improvements.
