Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations roles.
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience recruiting for fintech, payments, or technology companies.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, or Slack.
  • Experience implementing or leveraging AI solutions within recruiting processes.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Create and refine compelling job descriptions.
  • Manage offer processes and compensation negotiations.
  • Track and maintain recruitment data in ATS.
  • Implement and leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and automation.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
