Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations roles.
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting for fintech, payments, or technology companies.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, or Slack.
- Experience implementing or leveraging AI solutions within recruiting processes.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Create and refine compelling job descriptions.
- Manage offer processes and compensation negotiations.
- Track and maintain recruitment data in ATS.
- Implement and leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and automation.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
