Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Background in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Hands-on experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to close complex, senior, or hard-to-fill roles.
- Ability to assess candidates for Engineering, Product, Data, and IT roles.
- Solid experience hiring for Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and Sales.
- Strong headhunting mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Good command of English and fluent Russian.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle from role scoping and sourcing to offer management and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Support.
- Develop strong sourcing strategies for complex and senior-level roles in a competitive market.
- Assess candidates for skills, motivation, adaptability, and culture fit.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Contribute to AI-driven recruitment initiatives, automation, and process improvements.
- Support employer branding activities through market presence.
