Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Background in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or financial services preferred.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to close complex, senior, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ability to assess candidates for Engineering, Product, Data, and IT roles.
  • Solid experience hiring for Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and Sales.
  • Strong headhunting mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from role scoping and sourcing to offer management and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Support.
  • Develop strong sourcing strategies for complex and senior-level roles in a competitive market.
  • Assess candidates for skills, motivation, adaptability, and culture fit.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Contribute to AI-driven recruitment initiatives, automation, and process improvements.
  • Support employer branding activities through market presence.
