Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in-house or in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple functions such as tech, commercial, operations, and corporate.
  • Proficiency with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfortable working in data-driven recruitment workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on assessment criteria.
  • Create engaging and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and document structured feedback in Workable.
  • Manage offer processes including compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline conversion.
