Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific disciplines.
  • Relevant sales experience (1-3 years) in Discovery business or related fields.
  • High level of technical and professional expertise.
  • Market knowledge of the Biological and CRO/CDMO industry.
  • Emphasis on Bioassays, Antibody, and Cell Line products/services.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and develop the assigned sales territory for custom life science service lines.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the ProBio brand.
  • Spend 30% of time on quote and lead follow-up and account management.
  • Spend 70% of time traveling for customer visits and relationship-building.
  • Formulate and execute territory sales strategies and tactics.
  • Understand customer research applications and match with ProBio services.
  • Provide weekly field feedback reports on market insights.
  • Introduce ProBio to new industrial, academic, and governmental markets.
