Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific disciplines.
- Relevant sales experience (1-3 years) in Discovery business or related fields.
- High level of technical and professional expertise.
- Market knowledge of the Biological and CRO/CDMO industry.
- Emphasis on Bioassays, Antibody, and Cell Line products/services.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- Expand and develop the assigned sales territory for custom life science service lines.
- Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the ProBio brand.
- Spend 30% of time on quote and lead follow-up and account management.
- Spend 70% of time traveling for customer visits and relationship-building.
- Formulate and execute territory sales strategies and tactics.
- Understand customer research applications and match with ProBio services.
- Provide weekly field feedback reports on market insights.
- Introduce ProBio to new industrial, academic, and governmental markets.
