Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management within UCaaS, CCaaS, cybersecurity, connectivity, IT services or adjacent sectors.
- Ability to lead and present sales opportunities on behalf of channel partners.
- Strong understanding of the reseller, distributor, and MSP ecosystem in the UK.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Find own and manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and strategic alignment.
- Achieve channel sales targets through effective partner management.
- Support partners with opportunity identification, qualification, and closure.
- Forecast partner revenue and provide reporting to leadership.
- Educate partners on product portfolio and value proposition.
- Deliver sales training, onboarding, and enablement programmes.
- Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Develop joint business plans and recruit new partners.
