Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management within UCaaS, CCaaS, cybersecurity, connectivity, IT services or adjacent sectors.
  • Ability to lead and present sales opportunities on behalf of channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of the reseller, distributor, and MSP ecosystem in the UK.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Find own and manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and strategic alignment.
  • Achieve channel sales targets through effective partner management.
  • Support partners with opportunity identification, qualification, and closure.
  • Forecast partner revenue and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Educate partners on product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Deliver sales training, onboarding, and enablement programmes.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Develop joint business plans and recruit new partners.
