Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in military aerospace market.
- Prior Business Development experience.
- Solid understanding of EU military aerospace markets.
- Prior experience working in the EU with country governments and weapon systems contractors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, shape, and capture new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business capture plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Build, develop, and lead bid and proposal teams to win campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance in the development and execution of proposals and negotiations.
- Develop compliant proposals and participate in new business negotiations.
- Provide business modeling and analytics for bid/no-bid decisions.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, behaviors, and value delivery.
