- Minimum 10 years of experience in international business development.
- Proven track record in the commodities sector, focusing on agriculture.
- Considerable exposure to commodities trading and export operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plan to build and strengthen business capacity within the Global market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to qualify business opportunities and leverage industry contacts.
- Manage data, business partnerships, and project opportunities to meet success metrics.
- Analyze target/bid reviews and provide feedback to senior management on capture efforts.
- Serve as primary liaison and subject-matter expert for internal and external partners.
- Contribute to policies and procedures for business development and recruiting.
- Manage global distribution strategies, imports, international logistics, and supply chain compliance.
