Requirements

  • 2+ years experience managing an Inbound SDR / Sales Development team
  • Experience leading teams focused on marketing-qualified lead conversion and trial motions
  • Strong knowledge of inbound lead management best practices
  • Experience with AI workflow tools, agentic automation platforms, or sales automation technologies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Orum/Nooks, Qualified, and LeadIQ
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience managing conversion funnel KPIs
  • Experience building SLA frameworks between SDRs, Marketing, and Sales
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, device management, or SaaS preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Inbound SDRs supporting North America and Latin America
  • Own inbound conversion KPIs including speed-to-lead, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-S1, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and RevOps to optimize inbound funnel performance
  • Refine qualification frameworks for demo requests, free trial conversions, and hand-raise opportunities
  • Coach SDRs on talk track adoption, discovery, objection handling, and technical buyer conversations
  • Monitor Salesforce, Gong, and inbound workflow systems for SLA compliance
  • Lead the adoption of Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive SDR tasks
  • Design and optimize AI-driven speed-to-lead workflows
  • Build AI-supported conversation preparation workflows
  • Own reporting cadences for performance reviews
