Requirements
- 1–4 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience with cold prospecting ownership.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven prospecting or enrichment tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo).
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment (10+ booked meetings/week or 40+/month).
- Multi-channel outreach execution across at least 3 channels (cold calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn).
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- English at C1+ CEFR level with cold-call fluency.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified leads including physicians, medical networks, and sports medicine practices.
- Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calls, email, SMS, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Book a minimum of 10 new qualified meetings per week.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide timely reporting.
- Proactively pitch and implement process optimizations.
- Develop targeting criteria for new territories, specialties, or geographic segments.
