Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
  • Proven experience supporting or closing sales and driving conversions.
  • Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify and address small business pain points.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Support sales closing efforts by assisting with prospect qualification and communication.
