Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
- Proven experience supporting or closing sales and driving conversions.
- Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify and address small business pain points.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Support sales closing efforts by assisting with prospect qualification and communication.
