Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in IT staffing or professional services).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach strategies effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers and develop tailored outreach strategies to engage and convert them.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the sales team to advance opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and messaging.
- Continuously research products and services to confidently communicate value propositions.
- Track performance metrics and ensure consistent progress toward lead generation targets.
