Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in IT staffing or professional services).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach strategies effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify key decision-makers and develop tailored outreach strategies to engage and convert them.
  • Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the sales team to advance opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and messaging.
  • Continuously research products and services to confidently communicate value propositions.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure consistent progress toward lead generation targets.
