  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
  • Comfortable attending industry events and conferences.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, or cybersecurity is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling activities.
  • Identify high-potential target accounts and develop outreach strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and qualify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Represent Incode at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
