Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
- Comfortable attending industry events and conferences.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, or cybersecurity is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels.
- Execute high-volume outbound calling activities.
- Identify high-potential target accounts and develop outreach strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Represent Incode at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
