Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Italian, and a third European language (preferably German or Spanish).
  • Comfortable engaging customers via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Data-driven approach and curiosity for product usage and lifecycle signals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, international team.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify conversion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the existing free and paying customer base.
  • Educate customers on additional features, higher plans, or complementary products.
  • Generate a qualified expansion pipeline and hand off opportunities to Sales or Account Executives.
  • Support lifecycle and expansion campaigns with targeted outreach and follow-up.
  • Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, documenting conversations, outcomes, and customer feedback.
  • Test and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Proactively reach out to customers showing churn risk, low engagement, or product friction.
  • Collect and share churn insights and objections with Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams.
