Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activity targets, including call and email volumes

  • Tailor outreach efforts based on research and segmentation
  • Engage prospects in conversations to uncover pain points and schedule demos
  • Ensure handoffs to Account Executives are seamless
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM
