- 1-3 years of prior experience in sales, within the education sector
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 10 hours per week of availability
- Proficiency in general Education CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations
Responsibilities
- Prospect, oversee, and conduct outbound outreach
- Engage potential students and families through various communication channels (phone, email, social media)
- Schedule consultations to evaluate needs and promote our educational services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities within our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve service offerings
