Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make 100+ outbound prospecting calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
  • Strong preference for experience in the transportation/mobility/transit verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within targeted verticals including construction, universities/colleges, and corporations for event services.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers, introducing CharterUP’s event services and assessing their transportation needs.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospect requirements, challenges, and timelines.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage and update prospect information, activities, and communications in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new business prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
