Responsibilities

  • Drive lead opportunities and develop new business via inbound and outbound phone and digital communication tools.
  • Generate top-of-funnel pipeline growth through high-volume prospecting.
  • Engage and qualify potential buyers for handoff to the sales team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales lead quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within Salesforce.
  • Learn and apply solution-based, consultative selling techniques.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to meet success factors and KPIs.
