Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in K–12 education, preferably in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving systems or programs at scale.
  • Strong understanding of core school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics for decision-making.
  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Must reside in Washington state.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace products.
  • Access to reliable internet, computer, webcam, and headset.

Responsibilities

  • Own implementation and execution of specialized programs with elevated compliance requirements.
  • Ensure teachers and support staff adhere to program policies, workflows, and expectations.
  • Act as subject matter expert on state-specific and program-specific requirements.
  • Monitor program fidelity through audits, data review, and key system checks.
  • Identify and proactively address compliance risks or gaps.
  • Partner with leadership to align program execution with broader system design.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff regarding program requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment.
  • Advocate for product and process enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Manage documentation and ensure audit readiness.
