Senior Systems Administrator

Manage client computing systems, servers, SAN/NAS, and cloud technology.
Configure and troubleshoot complex client networks including firewalls, VLANs, and routing.
Implement and test data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Provide advanced technical support and participate in rotating after-hours on-call escalation.
Perform system migrations, software installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles.
