Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, VMWare, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with networking hardware such as Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and SonicWall.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and process automation.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity management.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must maintain a professional, private remote workspace with high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Manage client computing systems, servers, SAN/NAS, and cloud technology.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex client networks including firewalls, VLANs, and routing.
- Implement and test data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support and participate in rotating after-hours on-call escalation.
- Perform system migrations, software installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles.
