Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with compliance standards including CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, DoD RMF, CIS, HIPAA, CJIS, and FedRAMP.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
- Certification in at least 2 relevant areas (e.g., security, compliance, project management), ideally CCP or CCA.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft capabilities supporting Compliance within Azure and Office 365.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, cloud security, and Microsoft compliance tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed per customer request.
- Ability to obtain and maintain basic security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Planet customers on CMMC related projects.
- Author and/or augment policies, plans, processes, procedures, and POAMs in CJIS and FedRAMP environments.
- Interview customer personnel and present findings.
- Conduct security assessments of systems/environments.
- Provide educational material about compliance to customers.
- Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses.
- Collaboratively develop policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and standardizing service offerings.
- Shape client strategies and deliver assigned projects.
