Job Details

5+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant within a SaaS or data-platform company.
Experience designing and implementing data integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and relational database models (PostgreSQL, Supabase).
Familiarity with Azure, Python, Postman, Prismatic, GitHub, and JSON-based data workflows.
Strong communication skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to ask the right questions to extract technical details from business stakeholders and coordinate vendor setup for automated data flows.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with attention to sequencing, scope, and delivery quality.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment that requires adaptability and initiative.

Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover data sources, dependencies, and system constraints.
Create solution maps and architecture diagrams linking customer systems and data fields to PAXAFE’s internal schema.
Develop phased implementation plans, identifying long-lead items, critical information, and risk mitigations.
Define API contracts, webhook schemas, transformation logic, and validation criteria for integrations.
Coordinate with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and manage technical handoffs.
Participate in customer implementation calls, guiding technical conversations and ensuring readiness.
Use Linear for progress tracking and Figma / FigJam for solution mapping and documentation.
Document reusable integration patterns and lessons learned to scale future projects.
Support quality assurance and troubleshooting for live integrations as needed.
