Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting M365 cloud-based services.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Experience troubleshooting user issues, service incidents, and performance problems.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of M365 governance, user permissions, and compliance settings.
  • Experience supporting federal government or large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of AvePoint Online Services, Dataverse, Power BI, Purview, and Defender.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Must be able to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting M365 incident and task tickets.
  • Provide technical support for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • Monitor M365 services, OneDrive features, Dataverse, and platform performance.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts.
  • Perform SharePoint Online administration and support.
  • Create and maintain user support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
  • Assist with Proofs of Concept, pilot testing, and service validation.
  • Support action-item tracking, risk reporting, and escalation procedures.
  • Contribute to status updates and monthly consolidated reporting.
