Requirements
- Residence in the state of Colorado
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in K–12 education, preferably in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning environments
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving systems or programs at scale
- Strong understanding of core school operations including attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
Responsibilities
- Own implementation and execution of specialized programs with compliance requirements
- Ensure teachers and specialists adhere to program expectations and workflows
- Serve as subject matter expert on state-specific and program-specific requirements
- Monitor program fidelity via data, audits, and key system reviews
- Identify and address compliance risks or gaps
- Partner with Director of Program Implementation to align execution with system design
- Support staff through training, communication, and ongoing guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
- Advocate for product and system enhancements based on data and feedback
- Support documentation and audit readiness
